いつ撮ったのか、おそらく二十年以上前のフィルムだと思う。
現像されないまま放置し、思い立って現像したのは十年ほど前だった。
データ化された像は、すべて感光し、不思議と青が残った。
はじめ見た時は、全てが同じような青に見えて、一枚一枚を見ることをしなかったが、今年になって、ようやく全てを見た。
かつて自分が撮影し、そこにいて覚えていたはずの記憶は、輪郭を失い、時間とともに溶けていった。
それでも、どこかに残っていた像が、青い光の残像として、かすかに浮かび上がっている。

Time Exposure
I believe these photographs were taken more than twenty years ago.
The film remained undeveloped for many years. About a decade ago, on a whim, I finally had it processed.
Once digitized, the images had transformed dramatically. Strangely, only the color blue seemed to remain.
When I first saw them, everything appeared to be the same shade of blue, and I had little interest in looking closely at each frame.
Earlier this year, however, I felt compelled to revisit them all.
These were scenes I had once photographed and witnessed with my own eyes.
They felt almost within reach, yet impossible to grasp. Even when I tried to remember them, they remained elusive.
Still, traces of those moments endure somewhere. Through the altered images, fragments of forgotten landscapes quietly emerge, suspended between memory, light, and time.
